Creepy Wierd Alien Creature un-made project

Hello,Family and friends
posting today some very old rough creature designs I exploring for a very kool project that unfortunately went away ….i was working on a show with a show runner who had a friend that was developing a creature movie project and I was referred to him and he saw my site and off the start liked something that I had already done for another project and explored off that initial sketch….there were guidelines and a list of things I had to stay away from…..no tail or tails,no mandibles ,no protruding spikes from the back,no tendrils …..u had to relate to it in some shape or form,something recognizable to draw u in but something unique about the silhouette mainly….play with loose skin,veins,wrinkling.and had to b able to fly with webbing of some sort …..we developed and threw out many ideas and sketches for a good 3-5 months until he got a call to go work on something much bigger in budget and that would b good for his career …..this was only a 5-10 million low budget project …..was fun while we sketched back and forth as he was writing the script ….these projects I miss the most when it’s so early on and it’s 2 artists creating kool stuff ……maybe one day I can use this for something else …..This is one of the ment creatures in my sketch book I’m working to publish later this year….:)…….humbly thanks
